It is our proud privilege to place before academicians, administrators and others, the Profile of Department of Bachelor of vocational, NSCBM Govt Degree College, Anu , Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, which was started in the year 2017 and has a rich history of distinguished teachers, meritorious students, healthy academic environment and a vibrant extracurricular activity. The department has UG programs which fulfills the requirements of students.  The Department have stream Hospitality and Tourism which are purely job oriented. We are sure the following pages will give a clear insight into the past, present and future prospects of our department.

Programme Outcomes

  1. Practical Experience and industry exposure of the students have been developed to the extent that they are job ready after their UG degree.
  2. Govt Support for the Placement and On the Job Trainings being a key factor in the development of the course.
  3. Earning during their learning (Skill development allowance and Stipends during OJT) help students with financial constraints to cope with the fancy fee structures of private colleges.
  4. Vocational Courses have been helping students to get industry ready during their 3 year courses with campus placement and handsome salary packages.
  5. Improve the knowledge and professional skills of the students.

Achievements of the Department

As per demand, the entire team of Department fully devoted to the betterment of students' future. The overall performance is commendable. The places of OJT are also as per set standards and beneficial for students.The faculty and coordinator are regularly in touch with us and have given their full time and energy to achieve excellence in imparting effective training to the students.
