The degree programme offered by the department of Public Administration consists of Discipline Specific Core and Elective Courses, Skill Enhancement Courses and Generic Elective Courses. This course helps to learn basic concepts of Public Administration and its relevance in the society. 

Public Administration is progressive and upcoming stream of social sciences. The department of Public Administration has full time courses for BA with a vision to deepen the knowledge and understanding of the system of governance, policy making and administration at many levels of government. Public administration as a subject has practical application and job orientation and multi disciplinary approach.

            Mission of the department is to provide all students with healthy learning and holistic education towards nation building. Diversified course content has made the subject popular among students aspiring to be in administrative services. The department will focus on the overall grooming of the students by providing assignments, presentations, organizing brainstorming exercises and group discussions.
